Our shipping and estimated delivery schedule is based on order processing time, item availability, and current stock levels.
- Standard Ground orders placed before 5pm EST Monday through Friday will ship within 3 business days from the time the order is placed (pending stock availability and payment authorization).

Note: Addresses in Alaska and Hawaii require 2nd Day or Overnight service. We deliver to APO/FPO/PO boxes. We use UPS and USPS as delivery partners.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept your prompt return (see return policy below).
- Unused retail merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date.
- Items discounted 30% or more and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping, packaging, and handling fees will not be refunded. *
- If the item to be returned was received as a gift and you have a gift receipt, a refund for the original purchase price will be issued as a SharaPorter.com credit.
- Gift Cards purchased online or issued as the result of a return cannot be returned for a refund.
- If the item you wish to return was purchased at one of our retail locations, please return it to the location where it was originally purchased. Please visit our Store Locations page for a list of current retail locations.
Your refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. If a refund is desired (rather than a SharaPorter.com credit) your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account. As such, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the date of your return for your account to be credited.
Upon receipt of your returned items, Shara Porter Designs reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not satisfy the above-stated return policy requirements.
*Shipping costs are refunded only when a return is the result of a manufacturing error or a shipping error on our part.
To ensure proper processing of your return, take these steps:
- On your original invoice, indicate whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate which item you would like instead.
- Retain a copy of your invoice for your records until the transaction has been completed.
- Carefully pack your item and the original invoice in a padded envelope or box and ship to:
